FACT: Oklahoma does not currently have a vehicle lemon law on the books protecting consumers.
Myth: You can return a vehicle within three days of purchase.
FACT: This law is only in place for a sales person that comes to you at your residence.
You can not return a purchased vehicle at any time after the transaction.
